After losing their home, Nico and his son Beto turn survival into a clandestine adventure, quietly occupying empty properties across a rundown neighborhood and transforming each borrowed room into a safe haven. As suspicion closes in, father and son navigate uncertainty through resourcefulness and unlikely friendships, set against a poignant backdrop of social divide.

As a screenwriter, director and editor, Denise has received awards for Best Screenplay, Best Film and Best Editing at different points in her career. Between 2019 and 2023, he released his first documentary feature film, “Rebojo”, co-directed and co-scripted by Daniel Laimer and produced by Bactéria Filmes; spearheaded the development of two television series: the animated children's series “Lipe, Grandpa and the Monsters”, based on a short film produced by her, and the adult drama series “Santo Inácio”.

Felippe Steffens is the screenwriter and director of two successful short films: Lipe, Grandpa and the Monster (2016), winner of 15 national and international awards, including best film at the Legislative Assembly award at the Gramado Film Festival, in 2017. TOM (2020), his most recent film, had its premiere at the Zagreb animation festival, the second oldest festival dedicated to the genre in the world.
