Synopsis:
These things from the heart it's a romantic comedy short film about love—that unpredictable, chaotic, and delightful twist of fate. In the story, Gabriel and Rafaela meet in a highly unconventional way, and amidst stumbles, coincidences, and plenty of laughs, they discover that the heart sometimes has a mind of its own when it comes to playing tricks.

Written and directed by Freddy Paz, the short film was produced by Sala Filmes and 8-80 Filmes, in co-production with Bactéria Filmes and Lágrima de Crocodilo Filmes. In 2021, it was part of the lineup for two festivals: FENACIN (National Independent Film Festival) and the 1st Casa em Casa Film Showcase, held online due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
