More Information:
CUBOS is the inaugural manifesto of Bactéria Filmes. Created in 2008 by Pedro de Lima Marques (directing, screenwriting, and post-production) with executive production by Daniela Israel, the film marks the moment the two founders decided to produce original content under their own banner. It won the Festival do Minuto Award for Best Video of March and was included in the "Cidades 2008" collection. It achieved iconic status, ranking among the 100 most important films in the festival's history. Screened at MASP, it transcended the "festival short" category to become part of art institution collections. At just one minute long, CUBOS proves that narrative grandeur depends on vision, not duration.
