Synopsis:
In search of the best ingredients and processes to produce authentic, genuine craft beer, master brewer Filipe Araújo de Paula—owner of Cervejaria Zapata—embarks on an adventure to the heart of Argentine Patagonia. In each episode, Filipe visits a different town and tours local breweries on a journey toward El Bolsón. We will follow his encounters with Latin America’s top beer producers at the Hop Harvest Festival and, together, discover fascinating details, unique characters, striking landscapes, great cuisine, and local culture. This series is for experts, beginners, and anyone curious about the art of drinking and brewing beer!
